Recently, I watched a yaoi anime title 'Zetsuai 1989' and 'Zetsuai Since 1989'....Its the saddest anime I've ever seen after Ai No Kusabi.Its about Koji Nanjo, a young rock star, falls in love with soccer player Takuto Izumi. Koji eventually learns that Izumi's mother killed his father out of severe and intense love. Izumi took all the guilt for his father's murder and refuses to go pro because of fear that his past will be discovered by the media. Izumi detests Koji's company and encouragement and severely dislikes the attention from the press, but Koji cannot stay away for he soon realizes that his love for Izumi is very similar to the love that Izumi's mother felt for his father.The second story is.... Famous rockstar Kouji Nanjou has fallen in love with Izumi Takuto, a soccer player with dreams of seeing "real" soccer in Italy. Kouji will stop at nothing to have Izumi stay with him, while Izumi deals with his feelings and the decision he must make between his goals and love.

Its basically about the young leader of the Ōmi group, Ranmaru, was forced to marry Kaoru, the daughter from another group. The couple went to Italy, and had their wedding on a ship. However, neither of them actually liked the marriage, and Ranmaru was kicked out by his newlywed wife Kaoru on their first night. Al (Alberto Valentino), an Italian man on the ship, took an interest in Ranmaru, and the story revolves around the romance between the two men, Ranmaru and Al.Trust me, the ending is increadible...so romantic....
